Customer management

Customer Records

Keep a running history of who your regular customers are and what they have ordered, without a separate CRM tool.

Every restaurant has regulars, but most POS systems throw that information away after each bill. RestroPod keeps a customer record tied to a phone number or name, so their visit history is available the next time they walk in.

This is useful for personalising service, resolving disputes about a past order, and understanding which customers return most often.

Customer records are stored locally as part of your restaurant's own database, so this data belongs to you and stays under your control rather than living on a third-party server.
