KOT Management

Send kitchen order tickets straight from the POS or waiter device to the right preparation station, without writing anything by hand.

RestroPod KOT ticket routing screen

A Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) is the instruction that tells the kitchen what to prepare. In most restaurants this still means a handwritten slip carried across the floor, which gets lost, delayed, or misread during a rush.

RestroPod removes that step. The moment an order is placed at the counter or by a waiter, it appears on the correct kitchen station automatically. There is nothing to print unless you choose to, and nothing for staff to transcribe.

Because KOTs move over your local network, they reach the kitchen instantly even when the internet connection is down. Order timing, item modifiers, and table numbers all travel with the ticket so kitchen staff never have to walk over and ask what was meant.
