Questions about add-ons
Can I buy an add-on without a plan?
No. An add-on goes on top of a plan. Choose a plan first, then add what you need.
How much do I pay for an add-on?
The yearly price for the days left of your plan. If your plan ends in three months, you pay about a quarter of the yearly price.
What happens when my plan renews?
Your add-ons renew with the plan in one payment, at the price you bought them at. To drop one, press Stop at renewal on your Subscriptions page before you renew.
What if I change my plan?
The add-ons of your old plan end with it, and the value of your unused days is taken off the price of the new plan. Add the ones you still need on the new plan.
Do Rental and Optical need other add-ons?
Yes. Rental and Optical work with Orders and Customers. Each add-on above shows what it needs.
Do the prices include GST?
